Studio Policies

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

The system sends out reminders 48, 24 and 2 hours prior to your appointments. The first reminder gives plenty of time to cancel or reschedule without being charged.

10-Minute Policy: Every appointment is allocated a specific amount of time to ensure precision and comfort. Arrivals exceeding the 10-minute cutoff may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule if there isn't enough time and may be considered a late cancellation.

Hair Length: For the most effective service, hair should be at least 1/4". It is recommended to stop shaving at least 2-3 weeks prior to your appointment.
Exfoliate: Light exfoliation 24-48 hours before the appointment is encouraged to help prep the skin, though it should be avoided on the actual day of service.
